The price seemed fair, and the customer service was great.

They did an excellent job cleaning my fine oriental rug and replacing the fringes. It looks brand new! The cost was very reasonable and the service was prompt, as promised. I would highly recommend this company.

Halo was prompt in responding to my inquiry. They quoted a price and stuck to it. Arrived on time to do the job and completed it in a hour. My only negative critique is that they turned the carpets to improve the wear but didn't line them up properly with the under pad. And in the living room, there was a spot which they either couldn't fix or didn't see and didn't tell me. I only saw it after they had left.

In addition to doing an excellent job, and being very professional, Michael, the owner, and his staff are extremely courteous and punctual. A pleasure to deal with.

The cleaner was prompt and courteous. He did a very nice job on the carpets overall and got rid of some very hard to clean, old stains. I was pleased with the overall look of the carpets. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine. The price they quoted was what they charged. No extra costs for tough stains or moving some furniture.

My sofa was yellow gold in color, very soiled and had not been cleaned in 7 years. I called them back after the fiirst cleaning as there were some blotchy areas. Quite understandable considering the color and the length between cleaning. They were very happy to return, acknowledged and recognized the problem areas. Now my sofa looks as good as new. They were punctual, professional and friendly.

Halo did a great job on a smelly and badly stained carpet. From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Halo's fee was extremely reasonable (the actual fee was the same as the quoted price), especially after another company gave me an estimate for three times the amount that I paid Halo. The job was done relatively quick, yet thoroughly. My plan was to get new carpeting if the cleaning didn't suffice. No need because the carpet almost looks brand new. Great customer service (Kudos Mike and John), and great results for a great price. I couldn't be more please. I will be calling on them again when the time comes!

I was specific about needing deodorizing and cleaning of furniture and floor that had been doused with cat pee. The owner told me there was no guarantee but they could usually improve things enormously;.I also asked to clean 2 small chairs and 2 sofas soiled from normal use. Technician said their cleaning products were not formulated to take out pet odors but he would do his best. The machinery left streaks all over the furniture which exacerbated as they dried. The furniture with cat smell (no visible stain ever) became more intense; fabric pilled from hose abrasion. The owner was defensive & nasty when I complained; set new appt but noshow.

This is the second time I used Halo and I would definitely recommend them them were professional, courteous and did a GREAT job on my carpets.

While he was 15 min late, he brought in his mammoth equipment and was finished in 45 minutes flat. He did a great, thorough job and my sofa looks like new.

Quick to respond and gave a very thorough presentation. He knew all about sisal rugs and how best to clean them. He was very honest about the possibility of not being able to get some stains out.
