polite. wore foot covers upon entering my home. He wants customers to be satisfied and will re-do at no cost if you are dissatisfied. Calls if time agreed upon will be impossible to be met. Very satisfied with his work.

They did a great job. I had a stained portion of carpet which they replaced with a remenant and it looks perfect! You can't even tell there was ever an issue.
