Description of Work: Fleetwood stated that they would not use the parts that we had purchased to repair the garage door opener. They said that the only condition they would do the job is if we replaced the entire garage door opener and the price would be $450.00 including a guarantee by their company. This price seeming high, we then went to Sears whose pricing was excellent - $275 including service and tax for entire garage door opener installation.

 + 0 moreI was asked to take pictures of my broken lock and email it to the shop, which I did. They sent someone to look at my front door lock and said it could not be repaired and must be replaced and the cost for the lock alone would be over $400 because it had to be special ordered. I said fine. Two weeks went by and I never heard back so I called again and said "Hey remember me? I'm still waiting to order my lock." They said someone would call be back. But that was three weeks ago and I still havent't heard back so I moved on to another locksmith. If Fleetwood Locksmith didn't want to work on my lock, because the work was too small or they were too busy, I wish they had just said so instead of wasting my time. This is no way to treat customers.
Description of Work: I called Fleetwood Locksmith and asked for an estimate to repair or replace a broken mortise front-door lock. But they never followed through.

 + 0 moreI called in the morning and were at my apartment in 20 minutes. on the phone they tend to be a bit short, but I suppose I wouldn't call a locksmith for a nice long talk. they were able to fix the lock without replacing it saving me a good sum of money. I would definitely recommend them. in fact I had a horrible experience just before I hired fleetwood and they were able to fix the mess the first locksmith left behind.
Description of Work: They were able to fix a fairly pricey lock, saving me a fair amount of cash.

Description of Work: The cable on one of my garage doors broke two days before Christmas. Fleetwood made it a priority to come out the day I called to fix it and check my other doors. They couldn't have been nicer or done a better job. I highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreThey were between three and four hours late. They had a poor attitude towards the work that needed to be done. While on the clock they took multiple calls on their personal cellphones while I was paying them an hourly rate. They were very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I hired him to re key the locks in my apartment after it had been broken into.

 + -1 moreCompany did a great job and completely rehabbed the door. This saved me about $500 from having to purchase a new door (more if I had replaced it with a similar wood door). Company was very professional, and even came back 8 months later free of charge to make a adjustment when one of the rollers got off track.
Description of Work: Garage door repair and installation of opener. They replaced all hardware on existing wood single-car garage door and installed an automatic garage door opener. The price includes $300 for new a opener.

 + -1 moreHAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY. HAD THEM ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW. SO FAR SO GOOD. THE ALARM WENT OFF ONE DAY AND THEY CONTRACTED ME ON MY CELL PHONE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE WITH MY HOME. CUSTOMER SERVICES THERE ARE WONDERFUL.
