I had been looking for someone to fix my gas furnace which would not turn on sometimes. I found Isidro from EZ Heating & Cooling. I had read his reviews and they were spot on. He was very communicative and arranged to come to my house. He saw the furnace and was able to diagnose what the problem was. He is very knowledgeable, fair, and reliable. I'm will definitely use him going forward for my furnace needs and will refer him to others. I will definitely recommend him.

Isidro is a consummate professional and is very reasonable. He came out for what I thought was an emergency situation and it turned out that our system needed maintenance. Our furnace stopped working and our thermostat went black. Isidro (owner of EZ Heating & Cooling) came fairly quickly and diagnosed the issue. He determined that the blower motor was damaged and needed to be replaced. He confirmed that when the blower motor is not working it shuts down the system and that was the reason why the thermostat shut off (as well as why the gas valve wasn't opening). He stated that replacing the motor would fix all the issues. Carrier gave him a quote for the needed part of ~$1,500. He informed me that he could get the part from them but he also gave me the option of purchasing the part myself from somewhere else. After he gave me the model number of the needed part I did on online search and quickly found the identical part (exact model number) for ~$500 less. I purchased the part myself and then he did the install. His only charge was a reasonable labor cost. I will be using his services again and will be getting him to do the yearly spring and fall maintenance. The honest communication was very welcomed and it was really nice not to have to pay an inflated markup on needed parts. Thanks Isidro and EZ Heating and Cooling!

We had an issue where our furnace suddenly wasn't working - I contacted EZ Heating and Isidro called me back instantly! (I literally pressed "Get Quote" and my phone rang!) He was able to come out the same day, investigated and found the issue (corrosion) and fixed it at a reasonable price. As one reviewer said - I now have a heating guy! I'd definitely call him again & highly recommend.

Despite repeated attempts over the course of more than a month, this contractor was not able to properly diagnose and repair my furnace. I had to call another contractor to complete the repair.
