Braily and his team are solid. They know how to handle the management companies and handed in the proper paperwork in timely manner. In addition, they sent photos of their abatement process and left our apartment very clean.

This ended up being a demo, asbestos, and mold abatement with a clearing out of a narrow crawl space. Not a simple or easy residential project by any means. Ray and Brailey are great. Competitive pricing, and they lead a very professional and hard working team. They explained everything they found some unexpected mold and difficult demo, and the rationale behind what was needed to make our home safe and mold/asbestos free. In the end we had a clean, safe, and dry gutted basement. I highly recommend them.

I phoned Elite Renovation for an asbestos abatement project and after speaking with Ray was given a quote for the job. I decided to proceed with them, but when I asked them to file the appropriate paperwork for my job, with NYC dep, they suddenly advised that the job would cost more and that they would get back to me regarding pricing etc. Well, they literally “ghosted” me after this. I called several times and my calls went unanswered and messages ignored. This was a big red flag: when an asbestos abatement company is happy to do a job when their is no paperwork filed with NYC dep and there will be no inspectors watching?!?! But if they have to file paperwork with NYC Dep, they run-off. That says a lot…! Abestos abatement is a serious job that should be done with the utmost of care whether the City is watching or not. And please note, for NYC if the job is under 25 linear sq ft, it does not have to be filed, but if it is greater than that, it must be filed. Mine was greater than 25, so they were aware that it needed to be filed. Beware.
