Ray respond to me within minutes when inquiring about asbestos removal. Ray explained step by step the procedure of removing the asbestos from the pipes in my basement. On the day of the job, Bryan who was the leader of the crew was friendly as well as the crew. Bryan also explained the procedure. I was pleased with how clean the basement was.

Ray came to my home to give me an estimate and look at the job. He arrived on time and took detailed notes on the job. He followed up with a very detailed proposal within 24 hours. After that visit, a contract was signed and the team at Elite H. Renovation was at my home over a 3 day period to begin work. They were EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. Braily( the site supervisor) and his team of 9 worked diligently for the 3 days- setting up on day one, working to remove the asbestos on day 2, and cleaning up on day 3. There was an air quality sampling done 3 times during the job. That gentleman- Alfredo was also professional. The team arrived earlier than scheduled on day 2, and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Braily kept me informed about every step in the process. He was always polite and respectful and answered any questions I had. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elite H. Renovations if you have an asbestos abatement job that needs to be addressed.
