It was a stress-free experience from start to finish. Ken is highly competent, his expertise being reflected in the focused, meticulous manner in which he completes each task. Organized, efficient, he explains all aspects of each job, detailing options, offering suggestions, his concern for his customer's satisfaction evident. After his work on the house, I had Ken replace outlets, switches, and lights in my coop. Ken also installed a ceiling fan and kitchen outlet in my brother's house. Obviously, we have Ken on speed-dial now for anything electrical!

Ken was very responsive and professional from the start. He had a number of valuable suggestions on how to go about dealing with a number of electrical issues in my 100+ year old house. He also was happy to come on a SUNDAY which for a family with young kids and two working parents is a dream come true. Once I showed him all my problems (two old and unsafe power outlets, an old bathroom ceiling light that didn't work, a front door light that didn't work, and a security camera I wanted installed at the front door), we agreed on what he could do that day and a price, and what he suggested I do with the front door light and security camera. He provided a number of valuable suggestions on how best to set up the front door items, which we agreed we would postpone to a later date pending some decisions on my part. Once he got to work on the power outlets and ceiling light he worked efficiently and confidently. I will definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Our fridge was on the line that needed to be replaced, so Ken from Advanced Electric came out the same day to diagnose and then came out a few days later to do the work. He was friendly, accommodating, punctual, and did a very good job with the actual electrical work. When diagnosing the problem (a circuit overheated and burnt out an outlet), he quickly found the cause (an issue that a previous electrician had missed - too many high powered appliances on the line) and explained my options, and which one he recommended. He was also happy to answer questions I had along the way during diagnosis and repair. We were very happy with this interaction and will definitely use them again the future.

The first job, installing outlets, was fairly straightforward, and Kan did a good, careful job. The second job turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, but he knew exactly what was needed. He helped me order the antique switch boxes online, as they are not commonly available, and he installed them carefully, replacing the old wires when needed. He's very pleasant to deal with, and I recommend him without hesitation. It's clear that he knows what he is doing.

Kitchen light is on a very high ceiling more about 12 feet high. Ken came in changed it and it has been working great. He was quick and completed job within an hour and 20 minutes.

Ken is responsive, punctual, and easy to work with. There were a few snags with the equipment, but he returned several times until everything was correct. I would recommend hiring him.

Ken came and repaired it the same day I called, day after cut was made. Very pleasant guy. AC still didn't work and Ken determined must be something gone in AC unit. Next day AC people found burnt fuses in unit and made it work. A day later I had an outlet in the kitchen stop working so I called Ken. Ken came and found outlet worked on reset of safety switch. Didn't charge me.

He was punctual and worked in a timely manner. My mother was very happy with his work.

Ken was punctual and professional...he explained each step of the process. He took the extra time to run a line in the attic under the floorboards instead of stapling the line on top... He took the extra time to sweep up and tidy up as he went, too. This was the second job we’ve done with Advanced Electric and we would book again.
