Description of Work: Awesome and very professional

Description of Work: I spoke to two different individuals on the phone from A&N, who initially were courteous and professional. However, after telling me someone would come by to review our situation (it was a heating problem in a house we rent to tenants), they blew off my tenant on the phone by telling him they were in Westchester, they couldn't come and we should find another plumber. I was not happy about this at all.

Description of Work: We needed 20 linear feet of baseboard heating installed in our apartment. These plumbers were totally amazing to work with. The were incredibly responsive and did a great job. They kept everything clean and were very cooperative with the person who is in charge of our boiler. They were professional and priced reasonable as we had several different price quotes from various companies. A & N was in the middle. The quality of the materials that were used was excellent. I would strongly recommend that if you need a reliable, punctual and very, very responsive plumber use A &N.

Description of Work: fixed hot water flow to kitchen sink and dishwasher

Description of Work: I left a message late in the evening (past 11pm) and Anthony called back within 10 minutes. I described the "plumbing" problem I was having in my apartment. He recommended I call another service, a drain company, as the problem wasn't a plumber problem per se. He also gave me a few tips on how to deal with the problem - size of snake required, etc.

Description of Work: Replaced mechanisms in 2 toilets.

Description of Work: I had two bathroom showers that were leaking and a toilet that was stopped up. I called A & N and they responded to my message within an hour and we set up an appointment. Anthony arrived a few minutes early and waited until I was ready for him. He was very pleasant as well as his assistant Keith. He diagnosed the problems. He recommended an inexpensive solution of replacing a part and told me where I could pick it up. It was not convenient for me so he offered to pick it up for me. He returned later that afternoon with the part. It did not fit as the manufacturer has changed specs on this unit. Anthony had an alternate solution. He said no additional charge for the part that didn't work, for his time picking it up, nor the return trip to my house. I thought this was extremely fair. He fixed the other leak and cleared the clogged toilet. He was very neat. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: They mended the bathroom faucet.
