Description of Work: I hired them for lawn fertilization, weed control, shrubs, and pest control. They came out monthly for about six months. It was a disaster. They were always late with their treatments. The person providing the treatments had no knowledgeable and was clueless on what he was spraying and why he was doing it. They were disorganized and did not have good communication. We left our gate locked and requested them to let us know one day in advance before their arrival. Instead, they should show up early without notice and would leave us notes saying they could not get in. At the end of the job, we almost had as many weeds as when we started.
