Suffolk Liner replaced a leaky old liner for us. This is the second time they have done a liner for us and they are without question the most professional, timely, friendly and reputable firm in the business. They stand behind their installation and products. We had a salesperson named Arik who was absolutely the kindest person you could want. By the the time he took his time showing us the different patterns we could get and how they would look with the pool filled (from pictures on his phone), we were sold on one liner in particular. Not only did they get the liner for us promptly (it was early season) but did the installation flawlessly. By the time Arik finished displaying his products, he felt more like a friend to than a salesman. You get a sense of honesty and trustworthiness in every interaction with Suffolk Liner. I would pay more just to have them do a job because it is clear that thry are professional and stand behind their products. We were in the process of searching for a reputable company to replace our pool liner. My son-in-law was also in need of replacing one. He saw a truck from their company while driving and took down their information. After calling and speaking to Maria- he set up appointments for Estimates. Maria arrived when promised and was very pleasant and informative. The price was fair and she was able to accommodate us to install the new liner before the season ended. Our liner was ready within the 2-3 week time frame promised. Two Installers arrived when they said they would and did everything exactly how Maria explained the process. Both men were friendly, experienced and worked very efficiently- even coming back in the rain the following day to finish up. We are very pleased with this Company. We would highly recommend Suffolk Liner Corp. to anyone looking to replace their pool liner!

we were referred to Suffolk Liners by Island Recreational. We originally were going with the company that built our in ground pool but we decided to go with Suffolk because they made our deal with them much more attractive. We are still impressed with the speed of the installation and the quality of the end product, these guys are clean courteous , and left no mess whatsoever. I've already recommended them to two of my friends and plan to recommend them in the future. The sales person was also very good. Thanks guys ,good job

I have so much to say about Suffolk Pool Liner Corp. Almost all their business comes from Word of Mouth. That's how I found them as well - and now I know why. Pros: - From the moment Erich came to my house and sat with my wife and I to give us a free estimate a long with his booklets and explanation of the company he works for, I knew we were going with them. Smart and extremely knowledgable, I was able to get all my questions and concerns answered. The amount of pride he has working for this company is unbelievable. While I was extremely happy with the work this team did installing my new pool liner, the actual pool liner selection and installation was not what most impressed with. The constant dedication to making the customer happy, answering all questions, checking in before the job is done just to see how we were doing, to being 2 months later and i still get regular check ups from him making sure we are still very happy with everything and that we are doing well and healthy. Some people would associate his role with "Sales". False. He is an honest and extremely caring relationship builder. I don't doubt that if we chose to do business with someone else, he would still check in to make sure the family is doing well. All I know is, if I had a business, he is the exact person I would need on my team. Erich is the recipe for success here and i'm so happy we went with Suffolk Pool Liners. - The job - if you see our BEFORE picture, we had a MESS to deal with. The pool was unknowingly drained because of a leak and torn to shreds after much debris fell into it ripping the old liner apart. As you can see by the AFTER picture, it was beautifully redone and renovated. Oh and leak problem? GONE! Erich and owner Jan helped reassure me that after the pressure test (which they didn't have to do but they saw how anxious i was about the leak), the new liner would fix the issue. They were correct and i finally after years now have a pool that doesn't leak!!!! Amazing! - Pricing - the pricing and the package that I was given was phenomenal. Also, the deposit they take is the lowest in the industry, which made me a happy man. Cons: - you are still reading this overly long review and haven't called to enquire at the very least for a free estimate. Ask for Erich and let him know Danny Sood sent you. Suffolk Liner installed a new liner in my 15 year old in-ground pool. I couldn't be happier. The liner is absolutely stunning. They are very competent and professional. I recommend them 100%.

PROJECT: Vinyl Liner, 8â steps and two full skimmers ESTIMATE: Maria was great during the estimate and liner selection process. MEASURING: Eric was great during the â measurementâ process, very detailed organized and communicative. INSTALLATION: Peter and his two helpers did a very nice installation job. They installed 8â wide steps, two full skimmers and the liner in one day. Came back the following day to complete the job after water was filled. Very neat (stacked the bricks out of the way) and considerate (they asked where we would like the garbage left at the curb, etc). I gave final payment when they left that day. FOLLOW ON SERVICE: The next day I noticed a couple of minor details that were not right. I was concerned since I had paid them in full (ugh!). I sent an email (with a picture) to the company on Friday. I got an email back that same day that said, Jan (owner) would come by on Monday to address the one issue that I sent him a picture of. Jan arrived first thing that Monday and installed coping clips. Jan said that he would modify other clips so it would fit better and be back in a day or two. I pointed out the second minor problem. Jan was back the following day (Tuesday AM) and took care of both of the minor issues. OVERALL: Each time during the entire process, they called to say When they would be thereâ ¦and then they were there on time! Very pleased.

They were fantastic. They installed a week before scheduled. They were accurate and friendly. It's a family owned business and they were very friendly. Maria, the sales rep, came to my home at 9. She was really busy but worked hard to squeeze me in.

I would not hesitate at all to recommend these folks. Sales person was on time and incredibly helpful. They were extremely flexible since I had to change the installation date twice because of decking issues. Liner came out perfect and their follow up was terrific. Really a first class outfit !
