Description of Work: They were called because our boiler quit running. But they showed us that we had inadvertently simply turned off the wall switch to the whole heating system that is located right above our basement light switch and looks identical to it.

Description of Work: Ran out of oil for no reason (Bill was paid) and required emergency priming and delivery of 50 gallons to get heat back. Delivered oil within ceiling but significantly more expensive than should have given the market once they realized I wasn't renewing. One representative told me she understood my annoyance and then the manager Followed up and stated I had no idea what the costs of refining oil are. Finally, I was quoted a full dollar more than market average to reup with them. They failed on all fronts.
