+ -1 moreI want to first say that I usually never talk negative about people or the company they work for but I will say that I NEVER use Luminaire Electric ever again. I wasn’t pleased at all of their services or their prices. Not only do they over charge and they needed to come back to fix what they did incorrectly the first time. Horrible service for what should of been easy work. Lesson learned, I will never again use this company for any services nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I had a complete service change done by them. They also did the electrical for our home addition and when I had my air conditioning unit installed.

+ -1 moreShawn has helped me a lot in the past. I called him and other Angie List electricians for estimates. Shawn's was still the best and, because I know first hand that his work is high quality and his prices are extremely fair, I went with him. He came to the house and gave me a free estimate, we scheduled a date for the work, he was punctual, his work was impecable as usual, he even did extra stuff for me without cost like install a broken electrical bedroom outlet and reconnected hot and cold water valves for the washer that a shoddy plumber installed for me. He worked quickly and cleaned the area. I highly recommend his company.
Description of Work: Installed electrical work in the basement so I can buy and connect a washer and dryer and installed an 8 ft. flourescent light fixture in the ceiling above the washer/dryer area with a switch on the wall. Specifically, he installed one 20 amp dedicated line from the main panel, re-wired the main panel, installed one 2- amp main breaker @ the panel, one 20 amp recep @ washer unit/dryer unit, 1 switch for lighting, an 8 ft. flourescent electronic fixture, re-moved the damaged wiring (asper needed), tested all voltage and cleaned the area.
