Hydrofresh Cleaning & Restoration

No show. No cancellation the day before or day of appointment. Called no one answered the phone. Wasted my whole day. They called day after, no apologies just wanted to make another appointment.

Couldn't be better.

Ray cleaned the house thoroughly with enzymes to kill a major odor problem. Horrible tenants left cats without litter boxes, and apparently never cleaned the floors as they left piles of dirt everywhere. Ray helped us decide how to clean up the mess, and when it was his turn he came in and cleaned. The house smells great, and the tile floors look wonderful. Thank you so much!

Carpets had not been professionally cleaned in over 15 years. Ray did a very respectable job bringing them back to life. He was pleasant, professional and helpful; even gave me a hand moving a heavy piece of furniture unrelated to the job. We were very pleased overall.

The carpets in the bedrooms were fine , however the area rug and runner remained wet-the laminate floor under the area rug was still wet the next day. I thought the process would be dryer-laminate and water don't play well together! The rugs in the rooms were nicely cleaned and soft after drying. Ray spent alot of time cleaning the carpets-they look good-I guess I just expected a dryer process.

It was amazing, he did a great job. He was very polite and even came on the 4th of July!! He did an exceptional job and was very detailed, he spent over an hour on my one room to be sure the spots came out. He placed a stain protector on the carpet and I have a 16 month old and all the products used were safe for her. I highly recommend them, and would use them again in the future.

I had my sofa cleaned it was a fairly new sofa that my daughter had an accident on .....

I am extremely pleased with the company. The gentleman whom I spoke to on the phone and who came to do the work was very polite and surprised me by putting covers over his shoes. I have had my carpets cleaned twice in the past, but Hydro-Fresh, by far, did a much better job than the other company. In fact, it was an outstanding job and the price was lower than what I paid in the past. I am very pleased and would recommend them to others and will use them again.

Hydrofresh was very professional and provided outstanding service. My couch and chair was destroyed by my Saint Bernard. Ray was able to get my upholstery looking brand new again. Besides looking great he was able to make them smell 100% better. It was a chilly day so he put up a door jammer to keep my heat in. Also Ray used fans to speed dry everything so we could use our furniture without waiting all day for it to dry. Thank you so much for great service! Was able to get my upholstery cleaned for the holidays.

They were very prompt, neat and very professional. Their equipment and trucks and very clean also. We had never received service like this ever before. Hydrofresh Cleaning will be the only company we will ever use from now on and will refer them to family and friends. Thank you so much for the great service and making my house so clean for my birthday.
