Description of Work: I paid for a landscape design as part of an Angie's List deal and was very disappointed in what he gave me. The design completely lacked imagination and was poorly executed. I had the feeling that he was just learning how to use the software. Took a long time to do it as well. Amateur.

Description of Work: I used them for an initial consult on some landscaping, but never had work done. From what I experienced they were very thorough and punctual. I would use them if I were to have the work done.

Description of Work: I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE MEETING CHRIS, LIKED HIS EASY GOING STYLE AND FOUND HIM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS FIELD. HE STRUCK ME AS FRANK AND HONEST. I ENJOYED TALKING TO HIM ABOUT PLANTINGS AND HE ANSWERED MANY OF MY QUESTIONS. HE HAD IDEAS THAT INTERESTED ME AND HE LISTENED TO MY IDEAS AND GAVE GOOD INPUT. MY ONLY RESERVATION IS THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CONCEPTUAL PLAN THAT HE WAS TO GET BACK TO ME IN ABOUT THREE WEEKS AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. I STILL EAGERLY AWAIT, AS I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE IDEAS TAKE FORM....SEE WHAT I CAN DO AND NOT DO, AFFORD OR NOT AFFORD, AND DO THINGS IN PROGRESSION AS MONEY AND TIME PERMITS. HE DID MAKE HIMSELF AVAILABLE STATING THAT I COULD CALL HIM AT ANY TIME IF I HAD QUESTIONS.

Description of Work: I called to get a landscaping design and estimate. Chris responded quickly enough and we set up an appointment for him to walk the property and review my requests. He was extremely pleasant. However, even though he apologized, it took quite a long time for me to get the design and landscaping estimate. I wasn't impressed with the design and Chris never followed up.
