The work was excellent. The price was excellent. The agreed time of service was 11AM-1PM. He came early and since I live in a gated community they would not let him in since I was on the phone at the time. He left and came back at 1:45PM.

The job was done excellently and the carpet came up bright and clean. They even recommended ways for us to better maintain the cleanliness of the carpet between cleanings. We will use this company again.

We had year's of wax buildup on our dining room floor - it was so bad I assumed we needed to replace the floor. My husband bought some 'goof off' and cleaned a small spot and under the multiple layers of was we saw a white floor. I searched Dan's Papers in the Hamptons and found Cousin's add. We called Chris and he came over on Saturday to test his ability to clean the floor. It was magic - he did a great job and the floor looked new again. He also cleaned carpets in two bedrooms. He was punctual, polite, nice and reasonable and he saved our floor. We intend to use Chris and Cousin's again - without a doubt. Highly recommend their services.
