This is the second time I used them. The first time I loved them, the second time not so much. They had a new guy working for them and he did not fit the metal above the windows correctly. They also left scraps of metal all over my yard and I had to go out and clean up after them.

Marty came for an estimate soon after I called. Although his schedule was tight, he managed to get the project done well in a timely manner. They were quick and thorough and explained each step thoroughly. They draped everything well and were tidy. Also very friendly!

He gave me a rough estimate but it wasn't like a formal.He seemed like he knows what he was doing, he's very nice, he arrived on time for that estimate, he was real good, the only thing was, two things, he didn't have a window with him to show me and he wrote like a rough estimate, it was more of a rough estimate not a detailed estimate. He knows what he was doing but I just wanted a little more concrete. He was responsive and I never heard from him again,

They gave us a solid estimate, explained the work and the product they would install, showed up on time and did the work carefully and professionally. AND they cleaned up well when they were through. We've been very happy with Windows Plus. They do great work, the compnay owner is himself involved in doing the work, and they stand by their work. In addition to being skilled and professional, they are customer and service oriented.

Arrived on time, finished quickly and cleaned up well. When we had a question some months after installation he sent someone out to demonstrate proper use of windows. Very satisfied.

It went very well, though the manufacturer had sent two windows that were three inches larger than ordered. I ok'd them as I wanted the job done, but later on at the end of the day I was informed that the order was two windows short and they would have to order them again. If I had known that I wouldn't have had them install the two irregular sized windows but would have had them order four correctly sized units. I was told it would be one week to the end of the job but it turned out to be two, at least. Still they did a good job and the that was mostly the manufacturer's fault and not Windows Plus. Highly recommend.

Marty Tubbs and his staff were all very knowledgeable, very service oriented, very helpful and very professional. They did all the work as arranged and on time, and they really went out of their way to take care of every aspect of the job, big and small. Even the exterior and interior clean up was done very well, which is where many crafts people don't do so well.

2 installers were on time, professional, neat and efficient. Door installed with no issues/problems. Build-out of frame matches house perfectly. Instructed us on using door stop and exchanging screen with storm door inserts. Took a few hours total.

Arived on time, finished on schedule, did a fine job
