+ -1 moreLooked on Angie's List to see who was nearby and well rated. Called and spoke to Teri who was very nice and scheduled a time for someone to come out and look at it. Steve came and we showed him the floor and a couple of spots that had some light water damage near the window. Steve said he could do the job and that it would come out and you would never know it was damaged. Well I can tell you it looks Perfect!! We have recommended Steve to a couple of people will definitely have him do work for us again!

Description of Work: We pulled up our living room rug to find hardwood floors underneath. They had some water damage and were in sad shape. Steve did a great job of refinishing the floor and making it look like new again. He came on time every day and was friendly and easy to talk with. When telling some of our co-workers later about him a few said they had also used Brewer in the past and one remarked how her floors still look great 10 years later! Highly recommend Brewer Wood Floors for any flooring work to anyone.

Description of Work: Sanded and refinished Living Room/Dining Room hardwood floors over a three day period. We found Terry in the office was very professional and returned all calls. Steve, who was the lead on the crew who did the work was prompt, friendly and professional. Work was completed as promised and looks great! We are having them come back to repair damage done to the floor that was done by a furniture company delivering new furniture. Brewer Wood Flooring was recommended by another contractor that did work for us. JF

Description of Work: We were extremely pleased with the services they provided. They refinished original hard wood floors for a house that is over one hundred years old. The floors turned out beautiful and we were very impressed with the level of skill and professionalism they provided.

+ 0 moreAfter 60+ years, the wood floors were extremely worn and in a couple spots, badly stained. I expected an improvement but wow - they made the floors look brand new, even in the heavily trafficked areas. A large, nasty black water stain in the corner - gone, no telltale signs. They gave us a very reasonable estimate promptly and that was the final cost of the completed project. The work was completed in two days, just as they'd said, and except for the gorgeous new floors, we'd have never known anyone had been working in our house. Super professional and excellent work, far exceeding our expectations.
Description of Work: Refinished the hardwood floors in the entryway, living room and dining room of our 60+ year old house.
