Joe Beaudoin was helpful at all stages of work from planning to completion. The floor looks terrific! His staff were extremely polite and pleasant, especially Eric. He also refinished our hardwood stairs. We are very pleased.

The Beaudoins are friendly and extremely professional. They were on time considerate of our restrictions to the living area they were working in. Our floors are beautiful.

Overall the work was excellent. Attention to detail was great and Joe was very responsive and on time for the work. He installed new hardwood floors as well as sanding the existing hardwood floor. The end result were gorgeous new hardwood floors.

Project was completed in a timely,high quality professional manner from the receipt of the quote to the finish coat. Received a written quote/price at the first visit. The project was started prior to the original estimated start date. Dust from sanding was minimized due to equipment used and the use of plastic sheeting isolating the work area. Very pleased with the project and the outcome.

They did a very good job. Thye fixed some holes in the floor and sanded out some large scratches and stains. They even lifted our low radiators to get the flooring underneath them. All for the lowest quoted price.

Joe and his wife did a great job, took all the old vinyl flooring away and sanded and refinished the hardwood floors underneath the old vinyl. Everything was finished in a timely manor with a very reasonable price. Joe actually charged less then the estimate.

Joe is a terrific guy, trying hard, in my case, to provide good service but in my case, so much went wrong. y sense is his crew was new and terribly incompetent. All may have changed but in my case : the: hardwood for one room was incorrect color, the molding was sloppily reattached in both rooms, , nails protruded from the floor, nail holes were not filled, vert narrowpieces of flooring added to end of some floors dure to poor measureing, a closet door was broken and new floor beneath seriously gouged. Joe did pay for the door.

Excellent! Joe was on time , did a great job and we were very pleased. Also these floors weren't touched in over 60 years!! I would hire him again !

Work was performed exactly as promised. On time and on budget. Joe and his team were great and most importantly the floor looks fantastic.

Estimate was significantly lower than another highly rated company. Everything done within promised time frame. Joe was flexible about a couple of specific concerns I had and very professional. Floors look great.

It is probably too soon to tell if the quality of the workmanship is going to hold up, because that takes time to evaluate. I can only tell you about service. They were prompt, thorough, $1,000 less than the other guy we called and certainly seems knowledgeable. The price was fantastic. Their price was exactly as advertised. I think they had a coupon on Angie's List. Their responsiveness was fine. They were able to adjust to a reschedule. There were some changes of plans, but I also imposed some changes. The owner himself does the work. He is very competent; he knows his stuff. He is using a new type of varnish from a company called Absco. It is an oil based varnish. Most people don't use that; it is more durable. They do not try to sell me services I don't need.

One of the few that actually called and showed up. Scheduled it quickly and got the job done. Even added a buffing and poly to another room for a minor charge with no issues. Performed job quickly and professionally. Couldn't ask for more.

Beaudions Hardwood flooring was a lifesaver!! The previous contractor destroyed my hardwood floors! But thanks to Beaudions my floors look better than ever! He finished my floors in 2 days and i have never seen them so nice! He was the only one that would do them in 2 days! He also cleaned up beautifully!! Very Happy!!! :)

The owner completed all necessary work and answered all my questions via text quickly and thoroughly. Our floors turned out GREAT!!! The mess was cleaned up and Joe followed up to make sure we were happy with the results. Will rehire again in the future if we decide to do the bedroom on the first floor int the future.

Joe was prompt to get back to us and helpful in providing us with samples of the many flooring options. He gave us prices for several options. We chose a brazilian tiger wood. Installation went well, the crew was clean and neat. There was some issues with the final finish coat. They worked through the problem and the finished floor looks great.
