+ -1 moreOverall very happy with the job. Roof looks great and no issues so far. The total job took about 8-9 hours over two days (a few hours for the screen porch rubber roof and about six hours on the main roof). Joe (J of the A and J) was friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. We obtained 3 estimates, the two others were from well known local roofing companies, and A and J was the lowest (the others were $6500 and $7000; one of those estimates included the same roofing materials as A and J). The only reason we give the price a "B" is because it seems with the size of the roof (small raised ranch), no angles or multiple roofs and the pitch is not steep at all, the price would be a bit lower. However, based on the other estimates, we are definitely satisfied with our choice. Will update if any issues or problems arise.
Description of Work: Remove existing roofing material from entire roof, one layer. Provide and install new white drip edge, one course of ice and water shield, #15 roof felt and 30 year architectural fiberglass shingles. Reflash chimney and install new vent pipe flanges. Install a shingle over type ridge vent. Remove all job related debris from the job-site. They also installed a rubber roof on our screen porch,

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time. They were very responsive to any questions that I had about the work. They cleaned up every day after they were done with their work. They did the job in a timely fashion. They are just excellent performers.
