He showed up as scheduled to service my oil burner. I must admit it was clogged and not working. He changed my filter and blew out the line. He found out where the air was coming through the line at and repaired that also. He cleaned all of the gunk out and had my Burner looking and functioning new again. His price was unbelievable and I doubt it could be beat. I shall keep him on speed dial as my handyman.

Our piped burst during the cold President's Day (after a really subzero weathered weekend). Water was everywhere, even with all of the towels in our home, we were still walking in water!!! We called Platinum Hands for the first time after trying to reach 3 other plumbers. Apparently, there were many homeowners with pipes bursting due to the weather. The owner answered and made an appointment to come to assess our home and instructed us what to do immediately as well. He arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed our home and discussed with us the issue and what was needed to be done to fix it. He was very knowledgeable of his craft, but even better he took the time to explain it to us. He showed patience as he answered all of our questions and concerns. The work was done thoroughly as he worked to remove our countertop (it is stone and the pipe was behind the wall) without breaking it (we were really worried about that). He ensured to talk to us if anything concerning arise and before taking any action he explained what he saw and our options. He even pointed out items that were a concern that was not in his expertise for us to look into in the future or needed immediate attention. We felt that the owner cared, showed pride in his work and was very professional. I feel great knowing we have a new plumber!
