In 2022, I had the pleasure of hiring Sean Disclafani, the owner of Patriot Deck and Stairs, to replace and expand the rear deck on my home in Beacon, NY. I found Sean attentive to my needs, communicative of issues and scheduling, reliable, and most importantly.. an excellent craftsman. The work was completed on schedule and budget.. and the price for the work was very reasonable. I had gotten 3 or 4 other estimates to gauge this.. and his turned out to be the most competitive.. so it was a win-win! Sean handled all permits and interactions with inspectors.. and the end result was a magnificent and sturdy improvement to my home!

I hired Sean to complete a deck project that had problems. Sean not only completed the project expeditiously but the completed deck exceeded my expectations. Sean has exceptional carpentry skills, is conscientious, an excellent communicator and also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for your project.

Sean is a consummate professional in every way. From the appointment for an estimate to completion of the work it was seamless. He stayed within his estimate, showed up each day on time and completed all work skillfully. He cleaned up all debris and left my home spotless. It is rare these days to find such a conscientious worker. I’ve been ghosted and ripped off far too many times. My only complaint is that I wish Sean’s scope of work encompassed more!
