+ -1 moreI went to his supplier and purchased the toilet he recommended. He said that if I bought it the same day and called him back, he would come back and install it the same day. It's the only toilet in our house, so it was an emergency. I made the purchase and called him back. He said he was tired and not coming back out. He promised that he would be back by 9:00 am. He never called or came by the next day (there was a snow storm). My husband called him and he promised he would be there by 10 am on the next day (Saturday). We've called him twice and he has not called back or come by. I've given up. I will never use him again.
Description of Work: Mr. Koestler showed up to assess the situation. He spent a total of less than one minute in my house. He came in and said, yup, the toilet is broken. He then came outside to see the toilet I had purchased. He refused to install the toilet I purchased from Home Depot and sent me to his supplier 45 miles away. He promised to return the same day and install the new toilet.

+ -1 moreOverall, this guy is the rock. He came in, did what I needed done at a reasonable rate, in a timely fashion. He lives in the area so he is close by and he also is a wealth of information about the locale as well. Breath of fresh air professionalism.
Description of Work: There were several different problems throughout the house and Tim was able to identify quickly and take care of it.
