I hired Garcia's Property Preservation for 2 properties I manage. They did a phenomenal job of emptying all buildings and clearing exterior debris. James came out the very next day after I called to do the job! He was completely professional and genuinely concerned about meeting the needs of my situation. I called and left a message, got a response immediately. Within less than 24 hours, the junk I had sitting on my front yard was gone. Very professional, no mess, no fuss. Pricing was reasonable and you couldn't beat the convenience. Will highly recommend them to anyone who needs bulk junk removal.

James and his crewmate demolished and removed an old gazebo from my backyard. The bottom half of the gazebo was built with cinderblocks and concrete, so this was not an easy job for two people. This did not faze Garcias crew, who worked hard all day to take it apart from the top down and carted away all the debris. During demolition I was expecting a lot of noise and dust from jackhammering the concrete, but they used the jackhammer very sparingly, mostly relying on sledgehammers to get the job done. The price was very reasonable and the guys were very friendly. I was most impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and of course, the results, and would definitely do business with them again.
