When we first started investigating how to dispose of some of the contents of my mother's house, James Garcia came to her home at 8:00 pm to meet us and explain his services. When we were finally ready to "pull the trigger", James set up a mutually-acceptable appointment with short notice. He and his two associates arrived on-time, inspected what was to be removed and provided an estimate before proceeding. They respected the premises, were quick and removed items intact that I thought would require dismantling. Though I'm sure each Customer is unique, to my delight, the final price for my mother's home came in slightly below the estimate (I'm used to contractors with unanticipated cost overruns). They seemed hungry for business, caring and even though they don't have all of the fancy equipment some competitors might have, their equipment is extremely functional, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has contents in their home or business that they need to dispose of. This has been an unexpectedly pleasurable experience.

From first contact through planning and then doing the work, James and his workers could not have been better. Great communication, very hard workers, very good listeners, honest, trustworthy careful and caring. From start to finish they were completely committed to both putting me at ease, and doing a good job, on schedule, no matter how hard they had to work to do so. My family and I needed to clean out and get rid of 60 plus years of accumulated stuff from a large house in order to sell the house. Without them, my family and I I would still be there muddling through the job for days. I cannot say enough good things about James and his helpers. If you have a job that James says he can do, I do not believe you will find anyone better or more pleasant to deal with.. Reasonable rates as well. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.
