Description of Work: Michael has helped me with numerous projects for my new home including repairing screen doors, fixing grout around bathtub and caulking around tub where it meets the floor, replacing faucet, repairing area below kitchen sink, installing new dishwasher, removing old light fixtures, etc.

Description of Work: Smoke detector low battery alarm was sounding all night. It is in a stairwell ceiling where I could not reach. Michael Roth came over within half an hour after my call. He not only replaced the batteries in the problematic alarm but in all smoke detectors in the house.

+ -1 moreMichael came on time to look at work to be done and also on the day to do the work. He was polite, knew what to do, and also cleaned up after the work. The only issue was that I had to point out to him that new light placement was off center.
