+ -1 moreIt started out with Lisa being "charming"and persuasive. My husband had just died and I was sick, so I guess I otherwise would have been more vigilant.
Description of Work: I signed a contract with Lisa Halter -- at Coldwell Banker Village Green Realtors -- to sell my house. She was consistently unresponsive. I believe she violated the terms of what she signed as the "Coldwell Banker Sellers Guarantee." She gave me -- recorded on my cell phone -- inaccurate information. I believe she was misleading, dishonest, and self-serving. I am most interested in that nobody else be taken in by her. I have complained to the agency, Village Green, which has been unresponsive. I have complained to Coldwell Banker national offices which -- sellers AND buyers beware -- told me that all their agencies are "franchises," so they hold no responsibility for actions of same. I am in the process of submitting an ethics violation against Halter. Meanwhile, I hope others will not be taken in as I feel Iwas.
