+ -1 moreI had a few hiccups along the way - a dented unit, my first choice being a tiny bit too big for the space, so had to choose a different dishwasher - but although those delays were frustrating, everyone at PC Richards (the sales rep and the different delivery and installation guys) were very helpful. On-time, friendly, calling when they said they would, made it easy first to reschedule the installation and then to get a different model, etc. My only complaint was the first installation being canceled because they said they only realized the unit was damaged after they left the warehouse - leaving me at home waiting for nothing. After that initial mistake on their part, though, they handled the incident well.
Description of Work: They sold and installed a new dishwasher.
