3 Reasons I should have chosen MAXI or Piece of Cake Moving Company. 1. IPS NYC Movers LLC offered me $50 and told me to sign a release form so that I don't write a negative review. This company has no integrity. 2. I told the IPS estimator and the movers to take my dumbbell weights to the truck. Even though everyone was kind and respectful, they didn't take my dumbbell weights. Instead, they took items that I told them weren't going. Getting the job done is more important than customer service. 3. I was told by the movers that I had too many extra items for them to take over a $300 weight set even though it was listed as part of my inventory. They failed to follow my directions and did what was convenient for them. I lost in the end. Conclusion: Do yourself a favor and check out MAXI or Piece of Cake Moving Company before booking with these IPS NYC Movers LLC. There is a reason why MAXI and Piece of Cake are at the top of the Moving Industry in NYC.
