+ -1 moreguy was very prompt, there was a miscommunication with the contractor, I thought they would also be able to install a new tree, but he made every effort to complete the job with the equipment he had with him when he arrived. "job well done"

Description of Work: Keith and group remove three large trees on our summer property. We rated them as excellent. We chose Keith's Tree Service because they provided a crane to assist in removing the trees. We preferred them not to drive on the soft ground. One of the trees was lifted over the house. Things was without incident. And cleanup was great!

+ -1 moreMissed the shed and deck by less than a foot. Provider with a crew of 2 men cut the downed portion into chunks and tossed it over the edge into the valley below me. Excellent job, only fault was minor...arrived a day early without having phoned to inform me of the change in date. Provided a signed contract and proof of insurance .
Description of Work: A 60-70 foot pine which at 10 foot above ground level forked into 2 sections had come down...the 60 foot section toward my home.

+ -1 moreThe team arrived and began the work promptly at 9:00 a.m. The team worked very quickly to take down the trees and cut them into smaller pieces that we are able to split. The job was completed in under two hours and there was no damage t the property.

+ -1 moreNeeded a dead tree removed -- was close to house so wasn't willing to take the risk of doing it myself. Was becoming somewhat frustrated; bids were coming in very high ($500 and above), and many of the people I contacted didn't even return my call. Keith Bergamo, the owner of Keith's, contacted me personally -- his price was significantly below the other bids, but he was bonded and insured so I decided to go ahead. I had to reschedule twice, but he never complained, and when we finally were able to pin down a date and time he arrived on time, his crew was professional and pleasant, and he completed the job (including cleanup) in less than one hour.
Description of Work: Cut down and remove dead tree.
