+ -1 moreI retained Lewis Matias to do two appraisals on a 2-family house in Brooklyn, one for a tax protest and the other with a 4 year old effective date for estate valuation. He made the site visit, did the appraisal reports promptly, and delivered them via email. His price was reasonable. Absolutely good service and nothing to complain about.
