As always, it went great. Russo has done several jobs for us. Good people.

Steve and his guys were great! Courteous, prompt, professional, and handled all the scheduling for ConEd inspections, etc. We'd definitely call Steve again.

He's really, really, good. He's in my area and he did a fantastic job. They were really, really good. They came very promptly. They were clean. They were organized and even a few weeks ago I thought I had another electrical issue and they called me back and they came the next day without a problem. It was nothing. It was just a light bulb. It was nothing to worry about. They don't work on it unless there's really a problem so they really assure you that everything's okay. He was really, really good. I think the price was reasonable. It's very very good. They really were good. I have to say I didn't have a problem. They told me when they were coming and then if they had a cancellation they called me back and said if I wanted they could come tomorrow even though the job is say on a Tuesday or a Monday.

I will not be calling them again very bad service

They were excellent! They were on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and had all the equipment with them. They were very professional and I felt it was money well spent. I would use them again for any electrical needs.

It was very nice. They can be kind of busy though. This was my first time using them, and would recommend them.

They were booked for over a week before they could get to me. They said the spring and summer are their busy season. Fortunately the weather was not hot yet so I wasn't inconvenienced. The day of the appointment they were on time and they were fairly neat. The two guys worked well together that installed the fans. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and they were friendly.

They did a good job. I just think it was very pricey...

When I hired Russo Electric the first time, I knew there was additional work I wanted done. So, when it was time to complete the tasks I did not hesitate to bring them back. The two man crew showed up on time and proceeded to install a ceiling fan in each of three bedrooms. This included installing switches in two of the bedrooms. They also installed a gfci outlet outside. Additionally, our front doorbell was not working and our past attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. They quickly identified the problem and returned a second time to complete the job.

All work was explained fully and completed professionally. He took the time to discuss other potential work I want done and I will call Russo Electric when I am ready to proceed. I highly recommend his services for your electrical needs.

They arrived on time. Explained everything precisely. they were very professional and even cleaned up after the job was done. they gave me estimates for future jobs I wanted done and were pleasantly nice in our encounter. *The only issue I had was when I attempted to use the Angie's List coupon I was told the owner wasn't really knowledgeable it but they did eventually accept it.

There was some confusion - on my part! But Steve Russo was very pleasant about it and charged a minimum fee for his visit and gave us advice on another situation, as well as solving the original problem.

Prompt, courteous, professional workers. Super neat and clean. New outlet installed with minimal damage to plaster wall. Fair price for work performed. I would definitely hire Russo Electric again.

Steve visited my apartment to give a free estimate. He showed up on time and was helpful in explaining our options once I told him what we needed done. The estimate was very competitive. Work began about a week later; it took 2 separate visits. His workers, John and Alex, were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They dealt with all the curveballs my pre-war apartment and it's quirkiness could throw at them - from the rock hard plaster, to the cove moulding and picture rails - they were great. They were mindful of our belongings, and made sure to cover the floor and cleanup afterwards. All in all, we couldn't be happier with their work and would re-hire them in a flash if we needed.

Excellent Mr. Russo was absolutely transparent with his pricing and a lot more reasonable. Mr. Russo's team was there exactly the time the expectations were set to. I would definitely reccomended Russo to anyone who asks.

They came right over after I called them and fixed the problem.

No problems, he was punctual and did a great job and he gave me a very fair price. I even questioned the price because it seemed too reasonable, and his response was ,"Do you want me to charge you more?" I had used his electrical services before this and that time he installed a new electric box with breakers and a receptacle and I had had estimates and his estimate was about 600 dollars less.

I had a large electrical panel box that was damaged in the flood from Hurricane Sandy that had to be replaced. Russo Electric did a great job in a timely manner with good communication. I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Russo was great. Most electricians will charge you a minimum just to come out and look. He came out and gave me a free estimate, scheduled the work to be done that same week, and the two guys he sent were great. They arrived in the window they promised and were very helpful. Because my house is EIFS, I had a very particular way I wanted the conduit attached, and they were very accomodating. I have used other electricians in the area, but this was the first that I felt deserving of a good review!
