"What a great experience considering, I was cold and desperate. Sal was an absolute blessing. Prior to coming, over the phone and via video call, he walked me through some troubleshooting steps with the pilot in my boiler, in the hopes of saving me the cost of repair. Who does that?! I also sent him a picture of the possible part that could also have been the issue. He had to come and he came as promised, changed the part that was changed only 90 days ago by a different plumber! That was it! I have heat now, which is all that matters. It cost less than we thought and it could have been worse. I will use him again should I have another issue, hopefully no time soon. I am so thankful that Sal called me! Happy and Warm in Queens!"

"Boiler broke down this week. Matty was first to respond. Told me would see me next day & he did. On time, literally, disciplined, caring & very clear in communicating expectations. He listens then tells you pros and cons. Although very busy, you do not feel shortchanged if he needs to run to another emergency. He makes sure to be the first one to arrive, sets up his crew (excellent crew too), tells them exactly what & how he wants things done, & patient answering probably redundant questions. He is fair in pricing & gives good advice. His crew is skilled, quiet and fast. Do more than what is expected. In my case, they secured loose pipes, replaced pieces that were old, & even bought a dead radiator back to life (had not worked in years). Doc, the electrician wrapped things afterwards. Very thorough & organized and again, arrived when he said he would. The place was left clean and all debris & boiler was taken by them. I hit the lotto with Matty, one in a million!"

"Let me start by saying they fixed my leak, cleaned up after himself, were available to start when I needed them, and did not leave any open areas. They quoted me a price to fix a water leak in between my first and second floor bathrooms. Tony quoted me $3800 (I only had $3600) saying this was a big job after he cut a 1ft 6in hole in my 1st floor bathroom ceiling to see what is going on. He said he had to also remove the 2nd floor toilet and create another hole to work through both floors (him and his partner) to access the leak. He called his partner in and by the time it was completed they did not even remove the 2nd floor toilet - which is why I agreed to the higher price because I was led to believe it was more labor intensive."

"Niko Spirollari and Dori did an excellent job in replacing three (3) radiator valves. One of the valves required a pipe to be replaced. They contacted me immediately upon my request for a quote and they were able to come the very next day to do the job. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for this job and only charged me the cost of an extra valve for the labor and parts to replace a damaged pipe. The entire job took about 2 hours. They placed down work blankets to protect the carpet and they vacuumed the work areas and removed the old valves upon completing the job. They were very informative, efficient and professional. I was very pleased with the work and cost of this project. I have hired them before to replace my hot water tank and install a kitchen faucet and I would definitely hire them for future plumbing projects."

Any questions I asked he had an answer for and broke down it down for the average joe to understand! I won't use any other company. It's nice to see curtesy and a great work ethic!
