I do residential and commercial floor refinishing and carpet installation and cleaning in the NYC area including Long Island I have many happy customers I can supply as references I usually work on every job personally and have some very good helpers. On large jobs I have experiencad subcontractors I use. I also give free estimates and can be reached on my cell phone just about any time.

Description of Work: Contractor called me at 1115 to let me know that he is reaching in 20 minutes to my home address. He did not show up till 1205. At 1210, 1222, 1240 I have called him to see what time he can be there, every time he told me that he will be there in 10 mins. I have taken time off from my busy work schedule. After all these hassles I have called Angie's list and On time carpet to cancel service.
