+ -1 moreI am a recent member of Angie's List. Looking for someone to replace Aluminum Siding Trim ( a piece on each side of the peak of the house) which disappeared in the last wind storm. A little job. On 9/10/08 I called Major Homes Bayside and Zeus Home Improvement. Both companies responded promptly; appointments made. Major Homes of Bayside did not keep appointment. Called twice to say: "Someone will drop by during the day and will call you with an estimate". Zeus came, estimated Immediately. Did the work efficiently and beautifully. Plus I had another small roofing area and chimney I requested they look at while replacing the trim. All work was completed professionally, efficiently, and computer printout receipt. Frankly, I was very impressed with the congeniality, honesty and good service.
Description of Work: Roof repair - 9x12 terrace- flashing, roofing cement floor, aluminum door sill, chimney: 2 new chimney caps, secure existing stone on top of chimney, new aluminum capping to both sides of house peaks.

+ 0 moreResponse was same day with professional efficiency. Free estimate by appointment the next evening. Work completed and clean up perfect. Also, additionally corking a terrace window on their own. Will call for any additional work within their scope. Have given their telephone number to several who are looking for their quality of service and repair.
Description of Work: Replace two sides of house with siding trim, cement loose bricks at chimney top, insert two new chimney caps, re-tar terrace perimeter and cement terrace step.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have tried to submit a report on this company and it hasn't been included in their resume. I don't want to repeat this again, but I do want to emphasize that this is an EXCELLENT company and I highly recommend them. They are efficient, reasonable, clean and courteous. More importantly, the gutters they replaced are perfect and we've had serious rain storms since they were installed.
