I dealt with Antoinette at June's office. Both came to the initial consultation to 'sign me up' - everything went so smoothly, and ultimately, they did exactly what they said they would - I didn't have to do anything, and they found me a tenant. The tenant turned out to be a lovely person, but a little bit of a problem (she had a "friend" that was an attorney who basically re-wrote our lease, making the most ridiculous, minute changes, which dragged the time frame out), but Antoinette took it all in stride and handled everything. I was exasperated and Antoinette would tell me, "we'll get this done, don't worry!" She did it. I would give them an A+++. I will never use anyone else to find new commercial tenants for my building!

We decided to move so we got a referral to June from our brother-in-law, a realtor in another state. June took us to see all the available townhouse condos, in our price range, in the school district that we wanted. Within 2 weeks we came to agreement on a place and set the date to move in. June was knowledgeable, nice and professional. She also took us on a tour of our new neighborhood which was helpful.

We are very happy with her. She actually called within the last month. I believe she had to give half of what we paid her to the real estate agency. She had to give half of her half to the agent who referred her to us. She was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. She really went above and beyond just simply finding us a place. For example, she had offered us a tour of the new neighborhood to us. She didn't just pick up listings although we loved the way she did it. She submitted my name into a service that was automatic. Every day they would send me the latest listings in the areas in which I was searching. I could look at the detailed information about different listings and then tell her which ones I was interested in. Then we would go in her car or we'd go in 2 cars and she could not only show the listings, but also talk about the pros and cons about that listing, about that development it is in, and about that neighborhood it is in. Her price was average. We didn't negotiate price with her. She just named the price and we went with it. We were actually in a frantic rush to find a unit in the summertime so that we could move our daughter into a new school. June was excellent. We were the buyers and we actually got paid by the sellers. We agreed to 5 percent of the purchase price. What happened is sellers paid that 5 percent, which is $36000.00, to their sellers' agent. The sellers' agent paid half of the money, which is $18000.00, to the agency she works for. The agency she works for then paid her a percentage out of that $18000.00. She then paid a referral fee to the agent who referred her to us. It involved the listing agent, the selling agent, and the referral agent and they all got cuts of the total amount. I almost never dealt with the agency. I dealt only with her. She is a real estate broker who we really liked dealing with. We would use her again in the future.
