Danny from D&M expertly navigated through a series of problems with my Samsung Dishwasher today, 3/14. He arrived on time, was professional, polite and most of all extremely knowledgeable about what was going on. He took the time to walk me through the problem, and you could tell he really cared about what he was doing. Honest, reliable and priced very reasonably. D&M will be my go to for any other appliance repair in the future. These are the kinds of people you want in your home when something breaks. Best of the best, no nonsense professional work. 10/10! Highly recommend D&M! From scheduling to arrival of technician, everything was super smooth, professional and efficient. Their rates are very reasonable, and I had even contracted them for additional work to be done only to be told that they were not unnecessary. Background: I have a 20-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator that suddenly stopped working. My wife had insisted on buying a new refrigerator, but but not wanting to spend tons of money on a new but most likely less reliable refrigerator I contacted D&M and with the help of Danny (the technician ) my fridges back and running like a champ! I attached a photo of the melted metal on my compressor, which was preventing us from putting in a new relay . this had to be sanded down before a new one could be done to save labor cost. Danny had advised that I file it down myself (which I did ) .
