+ 4 moreContractor dug the holes for the posts until he hit bedrock. Holes not deep enough, so he pinned the supports to bedrock and had them inspected. He installed the framing, roofing, and siding [electrician did electrical work] and had it inspected. Completed the interior, and installed new plumbing fixtures supplied [handicapped fixtures supplied by me] Overall performance: Excellent Hire again: Absolutely, and this is the 2nd job he did for me. Ability to perform: He has excellent sub-contractors, if needed for specialty work. Time constrains: Job done sooner than expected.
Description of Work: Built an addition to an existing house. Contractor supplied all material, and labor [except electrical...other contractor, and carpets] to add a room to an existing structure. Framing, roofing, sheetrock, and painting was included. [Note: this addition was 8' in the air, and was secured and pinned to bedrock]
