+ -1 moreFirst man arrived at appointed time and started to take the furnace apart and do the pre-work. Next 2 more service people came and started to remove the old furnace . Install the new furnace, 2 new oil lines, safety shut off switch and new air filter. Adjusted the ducts to fit the new furnace and made the area smaller and easier to get to. 4th man went up and inserted the chimney liner. Never heard from them. Did the work, accomplished the goals probably in about 5 hours which was very reasonable. Cleaned up the area and explained all the new points and additional safety features on the new furnace. Checked to make sure the furnace was working. Packed up and left. I explained to the salesman that I wouldn't have the money until 10/31 and that wasn't an issue. Just got a thank you letter with a travel mug and thermos in the box and just received the statement. Very happy with them and very happy to recommend their business. Eloise and Don Wendt

+ 0 moreThe guys were there on time, did the job that was described and left the premises in top conditions. Overall we are very happy with the service from the quote to the installation to the financing options.
Description of Work: We had a broken oil furnace. E&V were quick in sending someone to look at our system and give us quotes and option for both oil or propane furnaces. We appreciated the professionalism of Rich. He really evaluated what the best options were for the type of house we had. He did not try to sell us the top of the line, most expensive option because we would not have benefited from the technology based on our house design and air return. He also let us free to decide to stay oil or convert propane. Very satisfied. He booked us as soon as possible and we bundled with a water heater system.
