RAMIREZ CONTRACTING

At first I thought it was ok. It was evening when I looked at it and didn't notice until daylight that there was stucco all over everything.. on doors, trim, garage, etc. He guaranteed there would not be any cracks, defects or problems for 10 years with the stucco but I've since had to redo the whole house. There are cracks and deterioration all over the walls. I took him to court after he would not honor the guarantee. I won that case then heard that he left the counrty. I've recently learned that he is back in the country and working again so I write this as a warning to others.

The work was poorly done. The landing is cracked and there is a bleeding white substance in the concrete he poured. There is a long, large crack in the landing he installed. Everything is peeling and chipping and there are several huge buldges in the foundation. So when called I called to have him come back to fix his work, all he did was paint over the previous work and it doesn't look any better. Now he will not fix the problem. He has also worked on several houses in my neighborhood and their experiences were just as bad if not worse than mine.
