 + -1 moreI sent Bill Mathews an e-mail to gain information about installation prices one Thursday evening. He called back and spoke to my wife the next day (Friday). He then came the house for the preview on Saturday and was able to accomodate the install the next day (Sunday). No other company could touch his price. He and his crew were very friendly. They took the time to explain all aspects of the installation with me and provided me with an inservice on how to use my new stove. Overall it was a great experience. While on site, one of my neighbores received a quote from Mr. Matthews which was 1/3 the cost to replace a liner of other installers in the area.
Description of Work: Installation of a wood stove purchased at Fireplace Shop in Rockville.
