Provider put wrong color shingles on roof which did not match the rest of the house roof. He had to come back an layover the correct color shingles. We now have a 3 layer porch roof instead of a 2 layer. In the future we will have to have all removed in order to shingle a new roof. Provider was very unprofessional regarding his mistake.

Stain was not applied to spaces between floor boards. Providers excuse was that he could not get a brush between the boards. I had to stain those areas myself - so strange that I could do it but he could not! Many areas were missed. We had to have him return twice to stain those missed areas (he was next door talking with neighbors about work on their home). Provider and crew were very unprofessional and used foul language while working.

Sure Wall was not evenly spread on walls, making many spotted areas. Drain in floor was not put in lower than floor, so we get water on floor and have to actually sweep the water to the drain. New concrete was not allowed to cure. Sealer was not put on new concrete. New concrete was immediately painted (against instructions on paint can regarding curing and applying sealer first). The floor is a complete mess, peeling all over, and new concrete not adhering to old. We have to constantly sweep up paint and concrete peelings. We have called several other providers and have been given estimates from $2500 to $3000 to repair D C Painting's work. DO NOT LET THIS PROVIDER NEAR YOUR PROPERTY!! You may contact me about this.
