What an easy experience! I met with Jonathan, a knowledgeable sales consultant who knew all available rebates. RYCOR credits rebates to buyers in advance and then they apply for them instead, so it's a much lower cost for the customer (by thousands). The installation was completed in 5 hours by a highly efficient crew led by Logan. They installed three heat pumps/minisplits, cleaned up thoroughly, and respected me and my space the entire time. The office staff is also amazingly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend RYCOR.
