New Home Inspection

He took almost 3 hrs for the home inspection and inspected each section thoroughly like roof, ground, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing and mechanical. He also checked termite, asbestos, lead, mold pest etc. he 45 page reports with photos and recommendations are very helpful for a home buyer.

He did a good job and meet all our expectations...

We used Joseph after he came highly recommended by friends of ours who used him when they purchased their first home just six month prior. While Joseph is very punctual and seemed to be thorough, he is not very talkative. We followed him foot to foot, curios to know his findings but he didn't offer to explain anything to us as he went. I would've liked if he'd done that but that actually isn't the deal breaker. My real issue is that we closed on the house on May 17th and 3 weeks later we have water flowing into our basement during a heavy rain. We called a plumber, not knowing who else to call, and he took one look behind a finished wall (through a closet built into the wall for the meters) and saw cracks in the foundation. Besides that, there was MOLD along the bottom of the sheet rock. I feel like such major issues should have been recognized. I am highly disappointed and will never recommend Joseph to anyone.
