MAC TERMITES & PEST CONTROL

Brian assessed the situation, applied the chemicals, told us what to watch for, then returned two days later to reapply as promised. He took care of the problem. It was about the fourth or fifth time we've used him (mostly for carpenter ant treatment). He always takes a cautious approach (except for the wasps which was dire situation), is never pushy with overselling, and keeps to his word. A pleasure to deal with. MAC is our go-to exterminator now.

SO glad I called this guy! I love supporting local. In this case, my instincts (and Angie's List reviews) turned out to be warranted. Brian showed up pronto. He was honest, highly knowledgeable, explained everything to a T. Wasn't looking to rip me off with any hard sales pitch for expensive Termite treatment. His interest was high quality service, and being a good neighbor. He told me if I did anything, just spray for the carpenter ants for the winter. He charged $100. More than reasonable. My neighbor recommended MAC, and they proved to be as she said: trustworthy, straightforward, low keyed--a welcome change from the large national brand. This is a neighborhood business, and it was a pleasure to work with them. They responded promptly to my calls, listened and communicated well, and respected my property inside and outside when making the inspection and application. They presented three options for the treatment of the carpenter ants; I chose the least aggressive, and it worked as they promised it would. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They are very personable. No other company can beat the quality of work they provide for the price they charge. The guys who perform the work are absolutely phenomenal.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TREATING FOR THE BUGS. THEY KEEP THEM UNDER CONTROL AND I HAVE NOT SEEN ANYMORE MICE. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME EVERY MONTH AND THE GUY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

WE HAVE THIS COMPANY COME OUT EACH YEAR TO INSPECT OUR HOUSE FOR TERMITES. THEY DO A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION AND PREVENTIVE SPRAYING, SO FAR WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH TERMITES.
