Sears Appliance Repair

The freezer never improved, and after a week of hopes. I ended up doing what Is could of had donde from the beginning. Buying a new freezer.

Repairman very personable and diagnosed problem immediately. Repair was done to our satisfaction & yes would definitely call them again if the need arises. I always buy Kenmore & have in the past required their assistance, always on time & repair done right even though this is a very old appliance. Warranty way out of date so I was made aware of a charge.

The service appointment was timely. The repair man kept me informed of his arrival time. Unfortunately, the problem was not with my machine, but due to water pressure coming into the house. The service fee for coming to the house was $90. I then had to contact a plumber--expensive--not their fault.

Two weeks waiting. Estimate time of part is over 2 months. We have a child in the house. Living out of ice chests

Was able to repair oven and 2 of 3 burners

No issues. Everything went very well.

Unhappy about the quality of that machine (which I bought from Sears), but pleased with the technician himself.

Professional work, well done, polite repairman; thing is, this was the result of a bad design; Sears never sent a recall but their repair people figured out a fix in the years after that; result--more repair work, big bills for customers;

ASK BETTER QUESTIONS ABOUT PRICING!!! The $99 service call fee was bad enough. The labor starts at $150?? that's B.S.!!! It took him 15-20 minutes. That's $450-$600 an hour. Thank God I didn't need a part! Also that I found a 20% off coupon online, but I still paid $200 for 15 minutes work. NO - I'll avoid using them again

Job was completed without any issues! The two service reps were great!

Arrived on time and completed thorough inspection and did tune-up.

I wasn't too pleased with the first person because he didn't put it back together properly, causing a flood. For the appointment, they were a headache. Had they did a final check of the equipment everything would have been fine before they left.

It went well. The first time they came out, the television worked when they left. But, as soon as we turned it on the next day, it didn't work. So we called Sears back and they came out the second time and actually fixed the problem. They explained what had happened and we were done with all of that. They charged us once for the entire fix. I would give them an A on responsiveness, they offered tracking on the Internet as to where the service person was. They serviced our name brand television and they were able to diagnose it and make the fix.

It cost too much. The scheduling was good and the quality I guess was good.

They took care of the problem quickly. They were here within a day.

It was fine, the guy was fine, it worked out perfect. They had a flat fee of $100 as agreed. Everything was as agreed, as stipulated. On time, priced correctly, all good stuff.

It was good. It was more than I wanted to pay, but it was good.

He lied to us about the price of the warranty so we ended up canceling it a few weeks later. He seemed like he knew what he was doing.

They arrived on time and completed the repair in a timely way. They were able to diagnose issue and correctly fix it.

Came out last weekend - Prices seemed outlandish for 2 bedrooms. They wanted $6500. I would definitely not use them.

They came within the time frame they said they would come and fixed the dyer the same day.

Unfortunately we have done this several times, it seems to only be a few weeks between repairs.

The company did a good job, but I just don't like different service men coming to my house. I would rather it just be the same service man come out every time.

I've been using them for about five or six years. It took him a couple of hours to do the repair. He was punctual and courteous.
