+ -1 moreThey updated all of the software, cleaned out viruses and applications running in the background, cleared caches. Now it is running fine again and I do not need to buy a whole new computer.
Description of Work: My personal computer was running very slow, battery was near dead. I took it to Best Buy where they recommended a whole new pc rather than replace the battery and told me I would get the new Win10 upgrade that way. I bought a new battery and replaced it myself, but it was still very slow. I took it here instead for a diagnosis and tuneup.
