We paid $43,000 to Michael C. Santoro man personally who said he was a religious family man. Now after stealing our money and only gutting our house, not even cleaning up afterwards, we had to terminate him. Here we are a year and a half later and he and his wife Amelia aka Amy Santoro decide to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy to avoid refunding our money. What losers these people are in taking advantage of hard working people to mislead, lie and steal their money. We haven't given up on getting some of our money back. DO NOT EVER ASSOCIATE YOURSELVES WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL TRULY BE SORRY. CHECK OUT THEIR BBB REVIEW AND ALL OTHER REVIEWS LIKE GOOGLE, YELP, ETC. TO SEE FOR YOURSELF. Luckily we have hired a true professional who is now working on completing our home.

In one word it is a nightmare. We signed on March 17. 2017. Now is September 14. and the egress is still a gaping hole in my house, bathroom is far from being finished, mess everywhere. The owner -Mike Santoro- lies basically about everything -from obtaining the permit time frame to ordering materials, or not ordering them at all, cashing my checks and not delivering services for way over two months. Now he does not respond to emails, phone calls or texts. His guys show up sporadically and I had to pa some workers out of my pocket in addition to contract money, he tells me he cannot finish the project because he does not have funds to purchase materials or pay his people-I have paid for everything needed about three months ago. His guys are sent to work on commercial projects instead of our house. This company does not deserve to get any single contract for residential work unless someone is comfortable with "do it yourself" approach and paying a lier to "manage" the job. Please consider this a fair warning and do not hire ANA Construction or any company where Mr. Santoro's name appears.
