After five years the floor began to bubble, crack and split. I contacted â  Tomâ  he wanted to patch the trouble spots, recoat the floor and only charge me $1250! He got verbally abusive on the phone when I told him I wouldnâ  t pay $1250 when the warranty for adhesion was for 10 years. I had a bad experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. .....Updated 8/03/23... Epoxy floor installed with a 10 year warranty for adhesion. after five years the floor began to crack, chip, and blister. After trying Emails a registered letter "Tom" finally sent his boys over to patch the floor. They took some pictures and left. I contacted Tom and he told me they would grind out the bad spots and only charge me $1250 to recoat the floor. I refused this offer and told him to patch the bad spots at which point he got beligerant and told me it is customers like you that put small companies like his out of business

This company is great to do business with and they did a great job on my garage floor. From the beginning when Steve came it to give the estimate, then to the job itself was a great experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and you deal with the owner and a great crew. I highly recommend Garage Solutions. I now have an awesome garage floor.

I used this company to epoxy our basement floor and it turned out great! I am very particular and they accommodated all my questions/requests without hesitation. The owner is super responsive and involved from the original quote to the finished product. I would definitely use this company again.

Garage Solutions started when they said they would start and finished when they said they would finish. The epoxy surface they installed is very hard and very attractive. I expect it to last many years. Garage Solutions provided a very high quality installation at a very fair price. They answered every question I had and were a pleasure to work with.

We used his company to do our garage floor 3 years ago. Last year the epoxy started coming off the floor. Contacted contractor and he said that he would fix it in the spring. He has given us the run around and one excuse after another. He gives you a 5 year warranty and then he doesn't stand behind it. The epoxy had come up after my husband parked his truck on it and he came and repaired it and that was a shoddy job. He told my husband to put runners down to prevent it from happening again, so he did. The floor wasn't properly installed. When he came out to look at the floor in the spring he said that the runners never should of been put down, told him that he told my husband to do that and he denied it. He told me that we were on our own. I went on Angie's list to find someone to repair his mess and he shows up in the list of 3. He had talked to my husband and complained that it costs more to ship the product that what it costs so my husband had offered to help defray the cost telling him that he would give him $400. So needless to say after him lying to us for months the floor is a mess and he has no intention of fixing it. He told me to stop contacting Angie's list, as it costs him money every time. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. We paid a lot of money for this terrible result. He low balls the price to get the job. Guess you get what you pay for! Don't use this guy!!!

Price was good, the timeline was great! But work was some what flawed, contractor was eager to fix and tried his best to take care of the problem. The result, problem not completely resolved. ( bubbles which occurred during process was softened and not sharp anymore, but still very visible ) I accepted the finished look, but was not 100% satisfied.

they quoted me a price on Wednesday and they started the following Monday. completed job on Friday. price was right and job done well. I would recommend them to anyone
