 + -1 moreI WAS VERY GRATEFUL FOR ROYAL ROOFING. I HAD A TIME LIMIT ON WHEN THE PROJECT HAD TO BE DONE. ROYAL TEAM GOT THE JOB DONE IN A VERY REASONABLE AND TIMELY MANNER.

 + -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. THEY ARE CONTRACTORS AND I USUALLY HATE THEM BUT THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS TO.

 + -1 moreTHEY PRESENTED THEMSELVES AS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE BEGINNING, BUT ONCE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT I WAS ABANDONED BY MANAGEMENT. THE WORKERS THEY SENT OUT WERE UNSKILLED AND I HAD TO WATCH AND EDUCATE THEM THE WHOLE TIME THEY WERE HERE.
Description of Work: ROOF TEAR-OFF AND REPLACEMENT, GUTTERS REMOVED AND REPLACED.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE JUST OK. THE PROBLEM WAS THEY CONTRACTED THE WORK TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEIR WORK WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. ROYAL ROOFING DID COME OUT AND FIX WHAT THE OTHER CONTRACTOR DID.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD ROOF AND INSTALLED NEW ROOF.

 + -1 moreNO FLASHING WAS PUT AROUND CHIMNEY, NO DUMPSTER WAS USED FOR OLD ROOFING, THEY REPLACED THE GUTTER AND DROPPED IT INTO THE SECURITY LIGHT AND BROKE AND THE A/C UNIT. I WAITED 6 MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX THE DAMAGE. I FIXED THE SECURITY LIGHT MYSELF.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK OFF OLD ROOF, PUT ON NEW ROOF.
