+ 1 moreSalvatore Lalicata does not clear out the weeds on the sea wall area as it is dangerous and will not jeopardize his workers exposing them to walking on those tvery dnagerous rocks. This is done by another type of company Mr Lalicata presents with his crew and is always on the property. Once a worker got stung by a bee and Mr Lalicata went to the pharmacy and purchased medication, came back and tended to his worker. Salvatore is a caring professional person, a family man, that lives in the neighbrohood and always answers his phone. Anyone that has him working on their property is in for a gift. As for pavers he did a neighbors and they are perfect, in everyway. I personally recommend this Mr Lalicata Mr Lalicata has worked on these premises for the last three years.
Description of Work: The provider tends about 4 acres of commercial property on a weekly basis, from April to December. In springtime the provider plants large amounts of beautiful and appropriate to scale scrubs, flowers and trees. The provider does two annual major clean up from the winter and then again prepares the property for winter. He makes sure all the sprinkler heads are working and checks piping for cracks or other winter wear stress marks. There are 48 town house condos and the provider tends to every walkway and individual area.
